Mean Jalal to send Jodha to Amer

I just thought it was mean of Jalal to give Jodha that option. It is kind of an insult for a married lady in those times(the way he said that she is as pure as she was before marriage) when second marriage was not an option for the women. what do u guys think, am I being rude towards Jalal?

in his religion i think widow/divorcee marry he married salima begum no

so may be jalal think of jodha happiness that she go to her house and marry a husband of her choice. He is thinking of her happiness only i do not think he is mean.

I do not think he knows in hindu no divorce no widow remarriage like in muslims

Jalal showed immense understanding for a 16th century Emperor-Husband!!

But in retrospect, when he comes to know what these suggestions of his actually mean in Jodha's culture, then he will definitely laugh on these "ajeeb ajeeb" options. 😆

first of there was nothing wrong in what jalal said. they have no relation of husband and wife whatsoever. so why cant he say that outloud and free her instead of being a hypocrite.

In his religion it is totally fine to get marry again after divorce or widow...

even in the relation like Akdha ..it is said that it is wise to separate or live like husband wife... his religion gives women right of divorce ...so he cant think it is insult..it is a privilege according to him... like i cant imagine to drink or eat pork ...but here in America people cant believe whats wrong in drinking n eating pork...

Does Islamic law give women the right to divorce? If so does she get to keep her Mehr?

jodha k culture mae tau pati izzat karna bhi aata hae...pati k paon bhi chue jaae hae..😆.

abhi tak hum yahi tau sar peet rahe thae jo jodha kar rhi its against rajput aan baan aur shaan😆

but every body i saying we are happy jodha is not like women of her time...😆

Yes I am Rajput & Rajput women in that age definitely always touched their husbands feet!

But Jodha hates her husband & yet cries when he grants her the option of divorce.. Weird Jodha! 😆

if women ask for divorse which she can ...husband cant deny but she has to give up her mehr..but if husband had already paid it ..this is their mutual understanding...
