PART 23

Maan : geet ... his tears made his way seeing her... he went and hugged her tight she was still in her broken condition and fretting in his arms... she was numb in his arms though crying but still his words his regret that was truly filled with the remorse was making her even more confused and complicated ... this was the effect of that one night on her and right now he was the only person who was responsible for her condition ...

Maan called her again..his hands made way to her navel and with utmost care he scoop her in his arms she was looking lost all wet .. he look at her in concern.. and gently laid her down on the bed .. she was just like a rag doll emotionless .. maan knew that this could be fatal for her in this condition and he had to do something that would make her normal ..

Maan took her face in his palms she didn't push him neither she flinched back with his actions...

Maan : geet I know its difficult for you to forget that day... geet was though looking at him but her eyes were cold and expressionless the emotions even if it was that hatred he was dying to see that he doesn't want this coldness to creep in her life in their life.. she was shivering in the room he immediately switched off the AC and requested her to change ..

Maan : mishty get changed otherwise you will catch cold..her face was still in his hands she nodded calming his raging senses ..maan got her the fresh pair of clothes ..though maan was reluctant in sending her alone but still he needs to make her believe him and ask her forgiveness ...

After precisely half an hour he saw her wiping her wet hair .. her eyes were darted towards him..this thing really confuses him one side she makes him feel that she somehow knows his condition and on the other side her resistance towards his touch makes him feel that there are some more things that he needs to discover about his wife .. maan saw her searching for something her eyes were having a disturbance..she had messed up his all the files that he had placed .. her forehead was depicting her turmoil eyebrows twitched those tension lines were making his heart beat fast...

Maan saw her in a confusion .. when she turned and looked at him..her hands were clenched in fist..

Geet : did you saw my mangalsutra ..she asked in certain desperation.. first her words made maan confused but she was lately on the verge of crying ...

Geet : tell me did you saw.. boliye na dekha aapne... tears in her eyes she was weltered something was provocating her , some sort of irritation was within her ... maan didn't knew what was she doing ..her behavior was utterly confusing ...

This was all new for new for him..everything was coming in a great speed if he had managed to know her in these months then he would have know her frustration and aggravation but she was like a hidden mystry for him..she was that unsorted part of his life that he needed in all the aspects of his life...

Maan was still in dilemma ..this eyes were just looking at her she was searching for the things frantically... when he saw her nuptial chain on the side table.. actually maan had taken off it last night since when it entangled with him.. he very well knew that what will it lead to if he even tried to help her but seeing her sleeping calmly he had carefully removed it from her neck...

Maan seeing her on the verge of crying maan immediately got her the chain..her eyes suddenly twinkled with the sight of those black beads ..he was amazed seeing the change in her expressions ... maan for the first time wanted to make her wear the chain .. but she forwarded her hand infront of him.. she was though looking at the chain still her eyes were glued to him ...

Maan carefully kept the chain in her palm..she immediately wore the chain and smiled at him... maan wanted to stop her but she went away leaving him alone.. the words which were not less than any nightmare for him were ringing in his ears he was the reason of her misery , her every other pain was just related to him...

Geet was now very careful down the stairs she was having some kind of fear the previous day she had fainted two times.. she though hated maan but something in her was stopping to her baby ...

Naina saw geet coming towards her she was looking fresh and the glow of impending motherhood was quite visible on her face... the moment geet had cried yesterday she knew that something had bothering her and still she has a doubt about maaneet's relation...

Naina caressed geet's face...

Naina: ab kaisi hai aap..

Geet smiled a little she was feeling refreshed the burden of truth and the lies was now lessen she and maan had opened up though it can complicate their already TORN RELATION ..but still she was feeling extremely light ...

Maan was truly worried about geet's state her words the way she was crying and the sort of aggression and desperation he saw in the morning made him a little worried.. she was not like this .. also he knew the doctor's words that she needed a complete check up ..

Maan : I will take her appointment right away ... I cant take risk anymore , geet ki ankhon me kuc aur tha aur zubaan pe kuch aur .. and who is payal.. I need to ask her..aur agar wo nahi batayegi then I have to ask someone else..but this payal needs to answer me ...

Vicky saw his bhabhi glowing and blushing even maan was also there ... he was keeping his constant check on her she was shying while his brother was teasing her ... the way he never saw geet.. he was encountering her multiple personalities... first a scared timid geet.. , and now a blushing one..she was having some angelic glow on her face that was suiting her in every sense...

Vicky : so bhabhi will it be a little princess like you or a cute prince that too like you ..

Geet looked at Vicky ..she was now in a deep thought , what does she want..a boy or a girl.. till yesterday she doesn't want her baby but after her confrontation with maan she was quite determined to have this baby to keep him stay with the sin he did... or was it for herself... did she wanted someone to reduce her aloofness..

Geet was lost in the vicinity when Vicky snapped her..though geet was thinking while she was sitting infront of maan and their eyes were glued to each other..vicky brought them out of their thoughts ...

Vicky : bhai stop staring at bhabhi..she will get scared seeing your big big eyes...

Maan looked at his brother even geet was hiding her smile ..she looked dow n feeling suddenly embarrassed .. Vicky was about to open his mouth again when maan's one look made him shut ...

Vicky : I bet it will be a girl ... haina bhabhi..while geet nodded in a No.. and continued to eat without noticing that maan was observing her silently...
