The precap, can it be the nightmare of Adham Khan as his mother is not hearing his advise to elope before jalal catch hold of her?

As I really can't imagine Jalal throwing MA on floor.😕😕

If it is then it definitely shows how unpredictable Adham Khans character is but it is a possibility, he has surprised us in the last episode by being so caring towards his ammijaan, but whatever it is I'm hoping this MA/MC track ends this week.

i had that thought too but after re-watching the episode again it seems it was real!

This time Jalal found out about Maham on his own and at each step he took his fears came true about his Ammijaan's true nature! So him pushing her on the floor is very likely...he did the same to Jodha too when he came to know about the poisoning of the Kesar. He pushed her to the bed before exiting!
