I'm an exercise freak and do regular workouts. I usually do only one exercise a day and thus do seven different types over a week.
Monday: My exercise regime starts with a warm-up exercise. Then I do a chest exercise for one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening.
Tuesday: Again I start with a warm-up exercise and then I do a shoulder exercise which is very relaxing.
Wednesday: I exercise my biceps for an half and a half. It's the shoulder exercise for an hour again.
Thursday: Leg exercise for half an hour.
Friday: Back exercise. If I get time I never skip, because this exercise increases your stamina.
Saturday: I repeat the entire exercise regime for at least two hours.
What kind of diet do you eat?
I like to eat mainly healthy food. I eat Chavanprash, which is entirely made of herbs. Honey is also very healthy. I have a glass of milk everyday and lots of seasonal fruits.
