Yeah in the 'Update Profile' page, click the 'Preferences' section and select 'No' for the options which say something about receiving an email everytime something-rather-happens. I think it's PMs and replies on your topics.

@KulfiBai: It doesn't exactly work if you check "No" in email receiving whatever, I have over 10000 emails from IF -__-
