such immature way of handling situation

Jagya could have spoke about this to family and then family should addressed this to shekars ,now they might take their anger on anandi ,anandi also not opening her mouth ,shekhars must know their sanchi s wrong doings .Again two families relation is almost over

I am glad Jagya took this bold decision and didn't succumb to the pressure by Shekhar family. He didn't blame Sanchi and said they both are incompatible and so doesn't want to marry her. If he had gone to Bade haveli they would all again convince him why he cannot back out and how Anandi's happiness is important... More rona dhona by Sumitra.
However I did feel bad for Ira. The mother who wants her daughter to be happy and gave in to all demands just for her happiness stood so helpless. After few weeks Ira may ponder over how incompatible this ristha is to begin with. A city girl adjusting in a village. That is too much to wish for...

earlier somebody mentioned in another thread that why ira is so proud of sanchi & not shiv...for a mother all her kids are the same...inherently she knows which child needs her support more & for ira it is sanchi...so she wants to make her happy ! ... yes ... ira is at fault for pampering her & giving in to all her demands...but after a certain point...when kids grow up & have a mind of their own, they will not listen to anybody esp parents...may be ira realized that now she cant change sanchi...but was pleasantly surprised seeing her daughter transforming into a more sensible person with jagya...& hence this breakup was a shattering news for the mother.

BeyondSky: I agree with you. It is very tough to raise children. A parent can hope and pray whatever values they instill, the kids don't forget. Sanchi has fooled her mom. She has pretended to change to get accustomed to Jaitser home. Ira really thought her daughter is changing. I applaud her for thinking about her daughters happiness. I guess this is what usually all mom's do.

I'm glad Jagia did something on his own not talking abt right or wrong. He has taken a decision ...it was about time that he manned up and faced his own challenges. I'm glad he did without dragging his family & Aji into it. He said in plain words Sanchi & he are not compatible ...which is a fact. After spending time only we find out abt our partners. No wonder live in relationship are becoming so popular these days.

this is why i like the jagya's charaterization a lot...he is more real, practical...& he did the right thing eventually...i would have like it better if jagya could have informed his father about his decision & action he was going to take...but that would have been too practical 😆

jagya was fantastic yesterday 👏 he could convey so many things so well... a feeling of guilt that he is hurting the family so much...but at the same time a sense of firmness that this needs to be done now ! i liked the way he was stealing glances at anandi 😉... what did that mean...was he reassuring her or asking for her support?...not very sure of that.

Jagya knows Sumitra would never ever have agreed to his proposal ,and also everyone mite just coax him using ANandi's happiness or some such silly reason to go ahead with the marriage-instead , he apoke to the shekars rightly, Also the singhs mite have called MAHAN BHANSHANWADI ANANDI to come & give one of her YAAA>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>wn pravachans to JAgya-which wud have made him much more weak-The timing was wrong but not the act itself-

Look I think Jagya should have done this much earlier itself!

Second, there was no need to be silent or plain refuse. He should have told the truth of what he had heard and seen when Daddu asked him, "Sanchi ne kuch kaha hai kya?"
Why hide the truth? Tell them upfront. So that they also know that trigger for all this is Sanchi.

Third, even if he did not want to tell about Sanchi, he should have said stuff about age gap or his being a divorcee and not feeling ready for marriage. He could have said he doesn't feel he could give happiness to Sanchi.
When Ira told him about phone calls and meetings he should have said he was only sent by Singhs or invited over by them and that he never came by himself. And when Alok said to him, that they were thinking he'd refuse when they approached them with this proposal, Jagya should have immediately said that it was rather he who felt they'd refuse and wondered why they brought the proposal in first place! And he should have told them clearly that he was made to say yes because they were Anandi's in laws and he couldn't displease them.

Aakhir Shekhars ko bhi toh pata chale that it is not them who are victims in this situation but Singhs and Jagya who have been under pressure from day one!

Lastly, he should have added that "der" was not till engagement but in real sense it would be so if it were after marriage! He should have told them how he wanted to convey this for a long time but was held back due to family pressure.

Now sadly, he has been made a villain and punching bag!

To all those who say jagya did right,what if he did same with your daughter,i think at this stage to come up with reasons like we are not compatable is very harsh.What will they feel that their daughter is making every effort for changing herself and he breaks rista by saying we are not compatible .I dont get why he doesnt speak up .What good he did by hiding.
