the spoiler says its a contract right? then maybe its a pren up...rules like no ..ehm ehm😆 or something like that. and the nikah is not valid. zoya's father name was wrong when qazi said that...so maybe gaffur realised this and made contract?

and gaffur knowing zoya his daughter is nt possible...its only to save his reputation in soceity and later hand over ayyan to his darling humeira

They look good as bickering friends, confidantes against Asad, but that is where the chem lesson should stop.

Well, I googled nikaahnamma (at least QH is increasing my knowledge 😆) and found this on wikipedia:
'In addition to the usual marriage until death or divorce, there is a different fixed-term marriage known as zawj al-mutah ("Temporary marriage") permitted only by Twelvers (a branch of Shia Islam) for a pre-fixed period. Sunni Islam practices temporary marriage which has a different term called zawaj al-misyar ("Temporary marriage").'
So maybe Gaffur is going the temp marriage way (altho I have limited knowledge about the type of muslims these guys are)! The why is something I'm mystified over too! Who can understand the workings of the demented minds of these writers!
Hm now I'm sure I have lost my mind considering I went to the extent of googling something from QH 😕
