Heyy guys. I just wanted to let you all know that from the next update onwards, I will be posting the dialogues in English only. I refuse to post in just Hindi because I know some of my readers can't understand it and writing in Hindi and then translating all of it is very tedious. So to make sure I can update more frequently I will be posting in just English now. I know it's inconsistent but I am doing it for all you readers who've been loving my work and supporting me :) So please keep the love flowing and like and comment on this. Love you guys so much <3

Riya hugged Arjun and screamed. Suddenly, she smelled the familiar scent of cologne and gunpowder. She stepped back in shock, looked embarrassed, and stared at the ground. Rathod and Chotu stared back and forth from Arjun's face to Riya's while Shree just smirked.
"S-s-s-sorry Sir. B-b-bahut excited thi na… Isiliye.. (I was really excited… That's why…)" Riya was too terrified to even look into Arjun's eyes and speak but slowly she turned her head up to see his reaction. Arjun stood there for a second, smiled slightly, and patted Riya's back reassuringly. Shree, Rathod, and Chotu's mouths fell open in shock while Riya's eyes followed Arjun walking into the office and she smiled to herself.
The whole team walked into the office but noone seemed to see Khushi. Riya just looked at the rest of them, rolled her eyes, and led them towards the kitchen.
"Aaj mausam hai suhaana. Dost banane ka hai bahaana. La la la la la la la. Kya dhoop nikli suhaani. Mere ghum ab hai puraani. What the what the what the. Hum toh hai deewana. Unke saath ke dhoonde bahaane. La la la la la la la." Khushi was singing in the kitchen about Arnav and she was definitely smiling more than the whole team had ever seen her smile before. She started doing bhangra with her steel spoon and Chotu and Shree burst out laughing.
"Yeh kya chal raha hai?! (Whats going on here?!)" Arjun walked up to Khushi and looked her angrily in the eyes. Khushi just looked embarrassed and timid as her smile was wiped clean off her face. Riya had half a mind of knocking Arjun on the back of his head with the butt of her gun and Rathod just shook his head.
"Ek minute. Aap log humse pehle nikal gaye the. Toh aap ko itni der kaise lag gayi? (One minute. You guys left before me. So how did it take you so long?)" Khushi stood with her hands on her hips and blew her bangs out of her face.
"Er… We were…" Arjun couldn't think of an excuse fast enough so he just walked with Khushi looking more like Arnav than ever with a small smirk on her face.
"Woh hum mere ghar gaye the. Ek file leni thi. (We went to my house. We had to get a file.)" Rathod quickly attempted to cover up for Arjun who made things seem even more suspicious by walking away.
"Toh file hai kahan (So where's the file)" Khushi looked at everyone's empty hands. Rathod clenched his fists and cursed the day he made this girl a part of ETF.
"Mili nahin na.. Isliye nahin hai.. (We couldn't find it right.. That's why we don't have it.)" Chotu did the quick thinking and Khushi seemed subdued by his answer. She walked out of the kitchen to the meeting room and everyone else took a deep breath and followed her.
"Wow. Pehli baar maine Arjun Suryakant Raute ko speechless hue dekha hai. (I've seen Arjun Suryakant Raute speechless for the first time)" Riya walked up to Arjun and giggled quietly at him. He glared at her and walked away abruptly, leaving Riya feeling a little disturbed by the sudden change in his behavior.
"Haseen mazaak bahut ho gaya. Kal Shyam wapas aa raha hai. Agla kadam ke liye plan karna hai ab humein. (Thats enough fun and games. Tomorrow Shyam is coming back. We need to now plan our next move.)" Arjun sat down and called for everyone's attention. Suddenly, everyone was serious thinking about what lay ahead for them the next day.
"Mujhe lagta hai seedha interrogate karna chahiye. (I think we should directly interrogate him)" Shree didn't think that there was anything else they could do. He thought that when Shyam sees Khushi he'll tell the truth right away.
"Nahin Shree. Woh aadmi apni galathi kabhi nahin maanega. Aur humare paas sabooth bhi nahin hai. (No Shree. That man will never admit to his mistake. And we don't even have any proof.)" Khushi spat out venomously. She couldn't stand the fact that she would be seeing her child's murderer the next day and wouldn't even be able to do anything about it.
"Toh kal se hi hum usske ghar par hi nazar rakhenge. (So starting tomorrow, we'll start keeping an eye on him at the house.)" Arjun spoke with finality and started to get up and walk out.
"Bad idea. Jab woh aayega aur humein dekhega ke hum ghar mein hi reh rahe hain, woh bhi Khushi ke saath, woh careful ho jaayega. Phir woh hum par nazar rakhega. Humein usse yakeen dhilana padega ke hum sach mein Jijaji ke company ke liye investigation kar rahe hain. Shantivan mein toh thodi der ke liye kuch nahin ho sakta lekin mere paas ek aur idea hai. Kal meri dost ki shaadi hai. Agar hum wahan ghar ke sab log ko le jaayenge toh Shyam ko lagega ke hum unn sab se personal behave karna chahte hai. Aur shaadi ke crowd mein hum uss par nazar bhi rakh sakte hai. (When he comes and sees us in the house, that too with Khushi, he'll become careful. Then, he'll keep an eye on us. We need to make him believe that we are actually doing an investigation for Arnav's company. Nothing will happen in Shantivan for a few days but I have an idea. Tomorrow's my friend's wedding. If we take the whole house there, Shyam will think we're just treating them personally. And in the wedding crowd we can keep an eye on Shyam.)" Riya spoke out, ignoring that Arjun looked at her angrily for cutting her off and disagreeing with her.
"Sab bahaana hai apni dost ki shaadi attend karne ke liye. (It's all an excuse just to go to her friend's wedding)" Arjun looked unimpressed and was in no mood to be refuted.
"Raute idea perfect hai. Agar tumse achcha kisi aur ne plan banaya hai ek baar uska matlab yeh nahin hota ke tum usse neeche dikhane ke koshish karo. (The idea's perfect. If someone has a better plan than you for once it doesn't mean you should put them down.)" Rathod scolded Arjun and praised Riya. Everyone else seemed pleased with the idea and Riya just smiled at Arjun irritatingly. Arjun just nodded and walked out.
