The episode begins with Jassi still waiting in the lobby when she bangs into a lady , they both truy to go the other way without success , seeing this the lady in green laughs. She identifies Jassi immeditely and praises her specs and style and also tells her that she was the famous barbie doll of the fashion industry and everyone knew her . Jassi informs her tht she came there to see Ms. Hansmukhi the CEO of IFH , the lady in green laughs on hearing this and asks her to come with her . Jassi hesitates saying that the manager wouldnt allow her and she was shouting at her , the lady laughs and calls the fat woman " Moti " and asks her to come inside and assures her that the moti wouldnt harm her and that she was abt to take her to Hansmukhi . Jassi is surprised but follows her inside .

Aryan is trying to get Purab interested in GM . He tells him that his shares along with some other shareholders would come to 60% and that he was ready to sell them to him Purab asks him abt the remaining 40% , Aryan replies that the company was owned by the Suri's and Seths and the remianing 40% was held by the Suri's and their friends . Purab immediately remarks that Aryan was def not one of the friends. Purab also tells him that GM was interesting and so was the chairman and he also tells him that the market and the share value of GM was steady , Aryan replies that ,thats exactly why he wanted Purab to takeover now so that he can save GM from suffering losses in the future . Aryan tells him that the chairman Arman suri was an arrogant , unexperienced , good for nothing chairman who was spoiling GM and within no time , GM would be going down the drain as he knew what was going on inside .
The lady in green takes her inside her cabin . Jassi asks her where Ms. Hansmukhi was , the lady introduces herself as the chairman Hansmukhi . Jassi is surprised , Hansmukhi laughs and asks her why she was here as she didnt come when they had sent her so many letters abt the interview . Jassi tells her that she couldnt come as she was comitted to GM and now that she has left the job , she came in . Hansmukhi asks her what was her idea of fashion , Jassi replies that she wanted people affordable to people who think fashion wasnt for them and she also wanted fashion to reach every nook and corner . Hansmukhi is impressed and tells her that she was the person she was looking for and together they would take IFH to great heights . Jassi is very pleased .
GM
Purab asks Aryan why he wanted to drag him to this chairman battle and he could sort this out on his own by calling a veto . Aryan tells him that every time he did that , Arman had some trick up his sleeve all the time .Purab tells him that before he buys GM , he wants all the details like the financial status , the sales report , the assets value etc etc , aryan asks him his offer , Purab tells him that he will think abt it but he has to understand that before he buys GM , afetrall he too has to get some benefit out of it . He tells aryan that he would think abt the offer once he sees all the reports and files and leaves .
Raj and Arman are outside walia house wondering what to do . Raj decides to go inside and find out more . He goes in only to hear Billo asking Amrit if he wanted her to order food from a 5 star hotel sarcastically , Ra thinks to himself that these guys were spending Kohinoors money .Billo spots him and thinks he is the contractor and scolds him for being late , Raj is kind of shocked , he tells them that he made a mistake and he was Raj Malhotra , from GM . Billo and Amrit are surprised , he snaps at him telling him how cruel he and his friend arman was , making her daughter work like a slave . Raj asks him where Jassi was, Billo replies that she must be where his friend Arman suri asked her to be. Rak asks him if atleast Nandu was there , Billo snaps back asking if he looked like a reporter from any angle that he would keep track of everone and tells him that he doesnt know where Nandu was and asks him to go search for him himself . Raj leaves
Pari comes towards the gang and shedding fake tears informs them that Jassi had resigned , the gang are shocked . She leaves them and goes to Mallika and informs the same . Mallika is shocked and starts wondering why nobody told her and why did she resign all of a sudden .
Raj and Arman are inside the car wondering where to search for Nandu when Nandu himself knocks on the window . They both are surprised , Raj greets him nicely and tells him that they were looking for him and wanted to talk to him immediately . Nandu asks them to go ahead and tell him what they wanted to say , Raj asks him to get into the car as what they wanted to talk to him was very important and couldnt be spoken here . Nandu agrees and gets into the car asking them if they would treat him to another 5 star dinner , both Raj and Arman are irritated but put on a fake smile and drive away .
Jassi comes home and informs her parents hesitantly that she had left GM , both are shocked and ask her what happened that made her resign. Jassi tells them tearfully that there were a lot of misunderstandings and they kept a condition in front of her which she couldnt accept hence was forced to resign . She tells them that she went to attend the interview in IFH and she has also got the job . She tells them that it was very difficult for her to forget GM as she loved it there , Billo asks her to control herself as it was a part of life and she has to forget GM and move on and concentrate on IFH from now on . They all hug each other .
Raj , Nandu and Arman are in a restaurant . Raj orders some drink for him , they ask him to make Jassi join back to GM and for that he has to resign from Kohinoor .They also promise to pay him handsomely . Arman who is very irritated accuses him of misleading Jassi and also tells him that he knew that Nandu was the one who forced Jassi to resign and also had bad intentions . Nandu is very very angry and hurt , he shouts at them for being so cheap and tells them that both he and Jassi werent cheats and he would never backstab his friend and nor did Jassi cheat on GM infact she loved GM and would do anything for it . He also tells them that Jassi left GM so that he could remain and work for Kohinoor and save arman sir . He tells them that they should be ashamed of themselves for even thinking abt him and Jassi like that , both arman and Raj are shocked and guilty . Raj requests Nandu to calm down and apologises for misunderstanding him , they request him to ask Jassi to join back as they needed her and he also knew how much Jassi loved GM and her heart would break if she stayed away from GM . Nandu agrees to try , just then he gets a call from Jassi herself . He is shocked to hear what she has to say and ends the call . Both Raj and Arman wait anxiously ,Nandu tells them that he wouldnt be able to do anything now as Jassi has joined another job . Both Raj and Arman are baffled , esp Arman who is veryvery hurt and sad , the episode ends on his shcoked and almost tearful face .
