As if the LGBT community doesn't have to bear enough ridicule from the masses due to stereotyping and unnecessary judgmental behaviour, now a mainstream show like Balika Vadhu, that influences so many people is also perpetuating the effeminate-designer stereotype. Calling him a "namuna"!!!! Why? Just because he likes stuff that so-called ordinary ppl don't like? I thot this show was supposed to break stereotypes. Obviously, I was wrong.

For shame, CVs, for shame. You should actually be trying to get people to respect all lifestyles. Or does that only apply to 'safe issues'? No wonder, modern dressing girls like Sanchi are only cast as villains.

I agree too

All designers are not gay

Even if they are what is with making fun of them in this manner

BV is suppose to be open minded show na??? Shekhar's bhi toh so called open minded and educated hain.

Other shows do it but it does not influence real life or society

Am ashamed of BV today and very disappointed
