Does Kunal like Ishana?

Considering that he badmouths Nikhil and his decision to marry Laajo in front of Ishana, and does all the "kaan bharna" against Nikhil, but says nothing of the sort when he and Ishana are with friends. Also, when he says that "mai kabhi tumhe nahi chhorta", and Ishana also saying that why is he saying all this. It all seemed pretty strange to me. What do you guys think? Is it me? Am I just over-thinking stuff? Or does this indicate something else?

I felt dat way to, I tink he likes her or why else would he compare himself. And what kind of friend is he to nicky, total backstabber!

I think he does, today I felt he was pointing out what he perceives to be faults in Nikhil and Ishana turned around and told him that she actually thinks that's the difference of Nikhil to other people and that's exactly the reason why she loves him, his plan backfired. 😆 Nevermind perhaps he will try again later. 😆

This scene from today episode, kunal who's trying to make Ishana understand things in the other way and his suddenly slip of the tongue he uttered what was in his heart indicates that he loves Ishana.

I haven't watched today's episode yet so cannot comment but from what I have read from members comments it does seem to be the case (double wammy love triangles in the making😆)
