another lovely post lashy, don't have much to say about today's episode..rajat was again bang on with expressions and dialogue delivery..indeed the best choice for akbar..other than that there was nothing much to look forward to, one thing i have noticed that this is one of the shows whose each episode makes u crave for more and waiting for one whole day to watch the next is killing!

You're thinking from 21st century perspective dear.. Go back a few centuries😆

@ Sonya 😳...for more serious issues, queens were tried in court ...and the eye-witnesses you're referring to in Anne's case were fabricated by Thomas cromwell since he hated the Boleyns...those witnesses were tortured till they agreed to a crime they hadn't committed...Anne's only fault was hunger for power and overthrowing Catherine of Aragon...There remains NO concrete proof till date that she committed adultery/incest...yet, she was executed...(and those days trials were public!) so, if one used to watch public beheading of men and women (royals inclusive!) then what great deal is a court trial...

And for all that we state against Henry 8th (which is what my initial impression about him was too) he had achieved a lot too for the country which I came to know only after watching the Tudor series and reading about him...

Elizabeth was no saint either...she'd burnt thousands of catholics on the stake to reinstate the protestant religion...

Me thinks you're searching for 21st century chivalry in a 16th century court dear...😊

If the invaders of yesteryears were evil, one could say that Jalal was probably the least evil of the lot...
