Kareena gets nostalgic in Bhuj (Refugee location)

Kareena Kapoor's recent Bhuj schedule for Puneet Malhotra's Gori Tere Pyaar Mein turned out to be a trip down memory lane. This was the very place she shot her first film Refugee. After 13 years, life seems to have come a full circle.

To relive those moments, Kareena went to the same hotel where the Refugee crew had found shelter.

A source close to the production unit told Mirror, "On the first day of shoot, Kareena finished her portions and along with another team member drove around the nostalgia-laden lanes of Bhuj. But she found the most precious piece of memory in the hotel where she had stayed during the shoot of her first film."

The old manager, who took care of the crew back then, was still there and was overjoyed to see the actress again.

A source added, "She spent some time chatting with the manager and took a stroll around the place. The experience made her emotional."

The next day, after the shoot, the actress got the entire crew together and treated them to authentic Gujrati thali at the hotel. Puneet and her co-star in the film, Imran Khan also joined the gang.
