Yeah Chanchan show showed this aspect .. actually I have seen this in some movies both hindi and english ..
So i guess its not that uncommon here to watch in serial ..

but truly in society whether it could happen or not im not sure .. but the reverse one is a big problem for women ..

But u know most of the times when its being shown even in Indian movies its been in a foreign setting or atleast Metropolitan India.. What i was wondering was if smaller (relatively of course) cities like Ahmedabad have reached this situation..

Harassment of women is more of the rule than the exception.. It could be really small incidents but it is demeaning nevertheless..

More than that its the existence of women like Rupali that when a woman approaches the authorities with a genuine complaint, she does not get the support she deserves and such women are as bad or worse than the men who perpetuate such offences..

Here Manav didnt do anything but Rupali couldnt accept manav saying no her approach...

i m sure CC will stand by him and make sure he comes out scott free..

Dont knw if she would share with BS family..Thy would be shock if thy come to knw the real intentions of Rupali..

Yeah there are people who go to any extent for success na.. But its not competition, its just greed i would say.. There is a difference between what we need and what we want..

I really want see the family's reaction to this.. Since CC is known for taking the unexpected route lets wait and watch..

I would prefer to term it as "Corporate Couching" or in simple terms 'sexual favors' rather than sexual harassment at work in this particular situation in CC.

It exists and is pretty rampant in the corporate world. All kinds of compromises are made in order to obtain a contract or close a deal in one's favour.

I do hope they show Manav discussing the matter with his wife and CC handles it with conviction and intelligence.

Look forward to a power-packed performance from Sanaya... And hope the CVs indulgence us with it...or else it would be a waste of immense talent.

Corporate couch, u mean like the Casting couch.. Yeah that's true.. And worse stuff has been reported to happen in the corporate world..

Exactly this is a perfect opportunity to showcase Sanaya'a talent.. CVs are u listening??

Interesting topic raised by you and quite relevant.

Sexual harassment is about asserting power. Like you correctly pointed out sexual harassment can happen by cracking an inappropriate joke to the extreme means of physical assault. It's about making the workplace a hostile location for the victim which in turns impacts their phyical, mental wellbeing and ultimately work. As more men are in positions of power around the world the cases of women victims is greater but men too fall prey to it as in this case of Manav.

What Manav should do in the first place is not to give in to Rupali' s threat and tell Chhanchhan and his family the predicament he is in. If things go out of hand, he can take legal recourse too. I can't wait to see Chhanchhan fiercely protecting her husband from the traps Rupali is laying.

That's a golden opportunity they ve got, i really hope they dont rush through it like is the norm in Chhanchhan.. Well telling the family, it will be a really bad shock considering the traditional and orthodox family it is..

It will be a shock, but it's better for them to know Rupali' s truth and support Manav then be under the misapprehension that Manav messed up the deal with Rupali. Plus family members rallying around each other through thick and thin and strengthening bonds is what this family challenge is all about.
