And I don't mean just acting, I mean working in filmmaking, maybe writing scripts, working on the sets, editing, choreography, etc.
Sometimes I wish I could work in the field, but it's so unrealistic! I think if I could, I would want to be a script writer. Sometimes I think of some stories that could be made into a film... but I don't even know the s of script writing. So it's just a dream and will remain so for now.
I think it would be kind of amazing to be on sets and to just watch how a film comes into being. But I know it's so hard, they have crazy hours and work without sleeping and under tension, and many people get paid very little.
Actually, the best job is probably of a film critic. Who wouldn't want to be paid to watch films?
We spend so much time talking about films and actors here and a lot of us are so informed. I think more of us should actually get involved in the field. Bollywood would be better off, don't you think?
Maybe some of you are in the field, I don't know. If so, let us know. I know we have a Red Chillies intern now. 😃
