I could not agree more! This marriage should not be consummated now! It is not a marriage at this point, but a travesty.

Parmad is an example of a self involved chauvinistic male who does whatever he wants. He gets married against his will and initially shows little interest in his wife. But now that he knows she loved someone else, suddenly he is VERY interested in her former fiancee! He is a typical male chauvinist, that despite having had a relationship pre marriage, which he is STILL carrying on, he thinks his WIFE is not entitled to the same!!

THESE sort of men are the problem! There is NO need for Kumud to apologise to Pramad or even EXPLAIN to him regarding a relationship she had when she didn't even know him!! He has NO right to expect a standard of behaviour from her that he himself never upheld? Is HE a virgin?

Either ways...Kumud should not consummate this marraige right now, NOT coz she consummated her relationship with Saras and she only "belongs" to him? (What an archaic notion?).She is no longer "with" Saras. Their relationship is over. She is married, and there is nothing wrong with her consummating her marriage, IF her husband was a good guy,and she wanted to give her marriage a real chance!! But THIS...No way!!

Showing Kumud trying to reform her alcoholic husband is just about "borderline" tolerant to me! I don't think I can handle some "forced" consummation on top of it!!

I am still watching this show STILL looking for the old show "Saraswatichandra" that I actually fell in love with! It is no longer there and SARAS has turned into a prop! I just HATE this track!!

Its just getting ridiculous day by day! first they make a mockery out of love by showing how disinterested Kumud is in Saras now as she is so hung up on working her shambles of a marriage out and now they want to show what a joke marriage is.
Why are our indian cinema/TV industry so interested in all this physical stuff anyway...cos its done in the west?! Its so ridiculous! Yes a marriage/love may require all this but its highly unneccessary in what was a pure love story.
What annoys me more is that Kumud is oblivious to what Pramad does...all is forgiven because oh he is being influenced by Kalika and he is a 'daaru' peeta hua bachaa so just needs to be shown the right path but what Saras did...was made out to be so bad that now she has no love left for him.
I am so annoyed with this show I dont even know why I watch it. Kinda also fed up of watching the four walls of BD mansion! Feel a bit suffocated!

The main takeaway so far from this show is *Haste makes waste*. That's highly evident by both the main leads' decision to give up and move on with their lives. The problem stemmed when Kumud gave up on Saras when he'd called up and broken off the engagement and relationship. Any other sane partner must have tried to figure out what the hell went wrong. But our dear K just gives up! Bear in mind that she and badimaa were the ones that actually understood how unstable Saras is when it comes to relationships. She also knew that GHUMAN was also in Dubai plotting against the downfall of their relationship. Then WHY in the world would she stay put at her place?

K's actions once at BD mansion is nothing but nauseating. The writers have mauled the whole characterization of Kumud. I can at least forgive Kumud for she mistook Saras and acted hastily and we all do sometimes when we get thrust with immense mental agony. But that's not the case with the BD family. They know what kind of a man their son is. Because of those bungling morons and their age-old notion that a wife can (magically) transform even the vilest of vile, K is now suffering at the hands of P. And Saras's actions are dubious to me. One moment, he's about to rescue K out of her hellish life and now he's trying to reunite them?
