I'm sure Karan Johar and Anil Sharma will work things out regarding the clash. Both of them seem to be nice people and could get it worked out.
If the two films do end up clashing, it won't be sooo bad because GTPM will probably appeal more to the multiplex audience while Singh Sahab will get the single screen audience, so both films will get their share of audience still.
