SAB TVs Baccha party pays harmonious tribute to Indian Cinema
Many tributes have been paid to legends of Bollywood, the iconic superstars who created the golden era of Indian Cinema. SAB TV's baccha party, will, in a never-
seen-before
performance don ditto outfits, replicate mannerisms and recreate their magic through delightful dance performances! Tappu, Sonu, Gillu, Tillu, Meher and Balveer will be seen paying an anokha tribute to Bollywood legends by performing on eternally remembered melodies! The task at hand being so magnanimous, the baccha party did multiple rehearsals to get their performance just perfect! After every shoot schedule, with much gusto the young superstars were seen heading to the rehearsal studios to rehearse to the melodies they were to perform on! They also, before every rehearsal, looked up the videos of the time-less songs they were to rehearse to, to understand the nuances of the song and
the body language of the actors! While Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah's Tappu & Sonu will be paying tribute to the golden couple of Indian cinema Raj Kapoor and Nargis by performing on their timeless melody 'Jahan main jati hun wahi chale aate ho', here's who Balveer and Meher essay, none other than effervescent Hema Malini and superstar Rajesh Khanna by performing on 'Baagon mein bahaar hain'. hand will be seen paying tribute to celebrated singer and actor Kishore Kumar through his performance on 'Meri pyari bindu'. Gillu from Chidiya Ghar, will be seen performing on 'Bar bar dekho' as he pays homage to superstar Shammi Kapoor who made Yaahooo!!! Synonymous with entertainment! Speaking to us about his anokha performance, Bhavya Gandhi (Tappu) exclaimed, "Earlier I used to watch television shows every night, now I just
watch Best of Raj Kapoor' songs and acts to understand his body language and mannerisms and it helps me immensely with my performance. Even though I haven't perfected the dance sequence yet, I'm closer to perfection with each rehearsal" Dev Joshi (Balveer), who was seen rehearsing religiously after every shoot schedule said, "I've seen Baagon mein bahaar hain', which features legendary actors Rajesh Khanna and Hema Malini many times to get my act right. In fact me and Meher, watch it religiously before our rehearsals to get the expressions and body language right! I really look forward to the rehearsals because it is lot of fun rehearsing with Meher!"
