it does actually the same way the polio video by amitabh didđ˛
smtimes u just have to tell them and they will agree right away
my friend is a nurse in india. .in one of her outing in sm small village she went to every house she could to tell more about medicine..one lady was dying due to bacterial infection ..she agree to go to hospital just by listening to my friend
in sm small villages people just hesitate at first so these kinda videos on DD channels do make a big difference.
