By the way, was Humeira taking medications when she was Rajni ? Was she also taking medication after accident when she was away for around a month?

As Rajni, maybe if they really want to fix that, they could show a flashback with Razia mixing the pill in her drink or something? But the whole month she wasn't home, there's no explanation for that. Or maybe Humeira was so critical that time, that the doctors were just trying to keep her alive and stable.

But really, it is a blooper.

When she came home as Rajni, she was still affected and maybe they covered it as medicines for that.

In the hospital, Doctors must've taken care.

But no point thinking about it now. Rajni has done what she needs to and is now forgotten.

No Rosh, I guess this was planned much before..And they always wanted to connect thi sto Zoya, so there wil be good reason for Gafoor, Razia to allow Zoya to stay at SM.. Pshycological problem wont serve any purpose.. Because even if Gafoor gets to know Zoya, he would have never allowed Zoya to stay with him for his rutba in society but now he has to for Humeira..

I have thought about it long before, and it makes more sense for story..

Good point.. CVs might have forgotten about the same.. LOL... its surely a blooper and seems like a last minute change as this taking medicines everyday came in picture when Rajni fell unconscious and returned as Humeira... until then there was no mention of the same... And also about the one month after the accident, they did mention that she was in a hospital... So may be they want us to assume that the hospital people must have diagnosed her disease and gave her medicines accordingly...

Rajini used to take medicines but she dont know for wat illness.. she knows that she is unconscious for a month and many times rashid ayaan and nikat suggested her to take rest as she is ill..so we can conclude that she is on a medication but anyways it doesnt matter now..
