And she's not going to die from it! This is very much treatable. They're probably going to show Humeira getting some surgery to fix it and then show Zoya becoming a donor? Maybe just blood or maybe something more serious like an organ. Either way, it would be interesting to see Razia beg for her daughter's life if she finds out only Zoya can save her.
