Vidya and Konkana. They seem like people who wouldn't indulge in gossip.
Also Juhi Chawla, Urmila Matondkar and Sonali Bendre, from the 90s. Infact Juhi just seems like someone who's far too nice for her own good.

Even in one of the interviews with Rajeev masand, he had questioned her how did she stay away from cat fights and controversies. She comes across as a very genuine and down to earth person in real life as well. Very grounded!

Tabu, Kokona, Nandita

These ladies are actually in the industry to be actors and not superstars so they don't need to create nonsense or gossip or stir drama to stay relevant. Their work speaks for itself.

Plus, they seem so mature and intelligent in interviews. I'm sure there are many more ladies I'm missing, but def these 3.
