Who are the good looking actors and actresses, who are less mentioned or ignored by looks based hot lists? Who are lookers but underrated and rarely feted for their looks?

I think Riya Sen is so hot. She is so perfect. Its too bad she has no talent to back it up.

From the actors, maybe Neil Nitin Mukesh?

As for the guys, I can't think of any. I'm usually hard pressed to find a decent looking bollywood actor, let alone an underrated beauty. 😆 There are definitely more good looking women than men in BW.
