The vast majority of actors and actresses mentioned here are most definitely not underrated. They are celebrated all the time for their looks. People rave about them.

I'll tell you who's underrated - Neetu Chandra!!

I just don't get why no one else can see it - she has such a lovely face and a gorgeous body (when she works out - she was a state level athlete once). Her only problem is that she cannot dress herself to save her life - she wears the tackiest outfits.
