ok so jalal wants jodha to pretend to be pregnant...how he plans to carry it off i dont know,maybe he is doing it so that he can force her to spend more time with him...but for sure ruku will be very very jealous...now the possibilities of this track are.
1jalal tells ruku that he has asked jodha to pretend to be pregnant,in that case ruku might actually be pregnant and later on have a miscarriage.
2.jalal might not tell anyone what the deal is between jodha and him in that case ruku might get jealous and to get jalal's attention back might tell him that she is pregnant.
now in the first case MM can actually cause ruku's miscarriage and blame jodha infront of jalal stating that jodha wants the heir from her womb not anyone else's,or in the 2nd case MM can somehow expose jodha-jalal's lie in front on HM to try and get her to insult her beloved bahu...
