in ekta serials the protonogonist will get pregnant only when the leads r seperated, or when they r not married... very rarely she will have happily married couple havin babies, but those babies r never born, but if they r born, then they will either be kidnapped, or will suffer from some illness.

In the hospitals blood and urine test are checked twice a day (at least in Europe) and in urine tests it can be confirmed that the woman is pregnant even after two days
