I agree with u anu.. even lakshmi said that if its someone else, she wud have fought for it...

if someone is not present, that work will be delegated to next senior person immediately below them.. it's like prestige issue as well...

ofcourse freshers can learn by sitting with the leads initially and gradually they have to be involved..

moreover.. I don't like ppl addressing others in singular.. (nee, vaa, poo) whether they are above (komban called raji, Vishnu as Aei... is this professional? ) or below you... unless they are close friends... like our fantastic four...

what vichu doing is exact politics .fresher ah thati koduthu senior ah kadupaaki team kulla kulapam undu panurathu .if team members are smart enough they will smell it easily and be united. otherwise it will lead to dispute in team
