lol even in USA kissing in public is looked down upon..so what is Pari talking about. These celebs need to stop sucking up to American lifestyle and appreciate their own culture. And like a member on previous page mentioned..there are more serious issues that these celebs need to talk about like women safety in India instead of why they are not allowed to kiss in public and why parents worry when their daughters are out at night. Maybe the parents are worried for their daughter's safety Pari.

I actually agree but partially here!

Saying that kisses are cool in public is fine and is her opinion and I m not saying against it! But what actually I should add a point here is the way INDIANS here react to any form of intimacy! I m sure not many of u are residents of India so don't know exactly what happens here! What is weird is fact that when people don't ban or look down at other folks doing toilet on streets in front of everyone then why look down at little bit of intimacy which is nothing but pure love! Like I m surprised to see that a member termed this thing by her as KALYUG which is nothing compared to other KALYUGI thins happening in India

people need to chill here.. she was asked Qs related to her movie like dating, live in... not about education or women safety in India.

I am pretty sure she said this to promote her movie.. she basically said what her movie deals with..
If people dont even acknowledge these things then who is going to watch her movie?
I dont believe that she herself believes all this 😆

I'm sorta disappointed by her answers. Why would you kiss in public when you have a house? PDA is something I can't stand, sorry. And why do some of these people think that when parents prevent kids from going out in the night, or when they oppose live-in relationships or even a normal relationship for that matter, they're being conservative and orthodox? It's beyond that, it's the concern they have. With all the things that have happened in India recently, if people still dont understand the concern of their parents and find them hypocritical, then God save them >.<

Just cuz she has no issues with all of it, doesn't mean that everybody who doesn't like the idea are backward. I've been brought up in a very traditional way and I do not share the same thoughts as her but that doesn't make me backward. I don't why some Indian people these days have an issue with the Indian culture itself.

she is an indian living in india...she has her opinion just like odrs...her opinion can be different from others...just coz its different from many ppl here dsnt mean she is pretending to be cool...yes the whole kissing in public is cool is a bit much but odr than that i dont think theres anything wrong in voicing ur opinion...i hv seen her previous interviews n she endorsed the concept of live in relation even bfr this movie promotion...
