1. When Kesar and Rudra return home, Soumya asks them as to what did they tell Riya that calmed her down. Rudra tells her that she had asked for Harman as a Raksha Bandhan gift and he gave him to her. He tells her that he and Kesar spoke with Harman and he agreed for the engagement. Soumya asks him as to how could he make a big decision about Riya without seeking her advice. She tells him that she wouldn't let this happen but Kesar tells her that they would only get engaged, as Haramn wants enough time to settle down and this period of time, Riya might realize that Harman was not made for her. Soumya finally agrees but tells them that if anything happens to her daughters, she will hold them responsible.
2. Abhi calls Kesar. She thinks twice about answering the phone, as she remembers the promise she made to Rudra. She finally decides to answer the phone Abhi tries to tell her something but changes his mind and tells her that Amma is not feeling well and wants to meet her. Kesar agrees to meet her the next day. When Rudra asks her as to who called up, she says Abhi's name. This makes Rudra upset. She tells him that he told her that Amma wants to meet her. Rudra tells her that he is making up excuses to meet her but Kesar tells him that she trusts Abhi and knows that he wouldn't lie. Rudra tells her that she trusts Abhi more than she trusts him. He tells her to see the truth for herself in the morning. Kesar tells him to come with her so that he would be able to see that Abhi wasn't lying at all.
3. The next day, Abhi is waiting for Kesar and tells himself that he feels guilty for lying to Kesar but needs her signatures on his will. When Kesar arrives, she asks him about Amma. He tells her that she isn't at home and is perfectly fine. She asks him whether he lied to her so that he could meet her. He says yes, as he had some important work with her and didn't know how to tell her. Kesar tells him not to say that, as her trust on him wouldn't remain the same. Just then, Rudra enters and tells Kesar that she knows the truth about Abhi now. She starts crying and he tells her not to waste her tears on a liar. Abhi tell Kesar that he needs to talk to her privately for a few minutes and after that, he would accept her decision. Kesar tells him that she doesn't want to hear anything. She breaks all ties with him and goes out. Abhi tries to stop her but Rudra tells him that if he tries to meet her again, he will leave her and then he could keep her with him. He tells him that if he wants to see Kesar happy, he could either leave the city or the world.
4. On the way to the Mallya house, Aseem asks Harman as to how could he agree to marry Riya when he is about to die. Harman tells him that he had warned them before but they still want her to marry him so he can't do anything about it. Aseem asks him as to what would happen to Neha. Harman asks him as to why does he pity her so much and asks him whether he is in love with her. Aseem remains silent.
5. When Harman comes to the Mallya House, he is welcomed by everyone. Neha is standing alone on a corner. Dadaji tells Harman that the coming Friday is auspicious for the engagement. Harman tells him that he doesn't mind it. Aseem reminds him of his Singapore trip but Harman asks him to pre-pone it. He then asks Neha whether she wants to come with him to shop for Riya's wedding. Everyone is shocked. Neha starts crying and runs upstairs. Kesar follows her. Harman tells them that he was joking. Anand feeds him 'mithai' but Harman tells him that he doesn't like sweets. Anand forces him but he tells him that he doesn't like to be forced. He tells them that they would meet on the engagement day and leaves from there. Rudra asks Riya whether she still wants to marry a person who sees no difference in business and relationships. Riya tells him that Harman has a good side in him too and she is sure that she would change this image of his as well.
