Reply by SUM2005 is right. She will come back but not as Gauri. I saw something on the internet that She was in blue saari in calcutta. Shiv came over there as a guest or something and that girl who looks like gauri welcomes him at her house. And then shows him the room where he will be staying. And then Ipshita comes all of a sudden nobody knows that. And that girl doesnt know that he is shiv but ipshita says tum aa gaye...something like that. I don't know then ...But I think thats wat it it.

then of course, gauri will have to come back.

remember, she got out of her coma when anupam said that shiv will not be able to live without you.

The twist may be Gauri look alike died, or gauri slips into coma(common in serials) or place changed in car!
