Chennai Express (VII) - Reviews/BO Updates!

Saw 3 idiots and now saw this ... I don't know about others, but I think it deserves to beat 3 idiots. Maybe 3 idiots wasn't my type of movie ... But I definitely found it more entertaining than 3 idiots or any other Rohit Shetty 100 cr club movies/Salman Khan movies.

First half --- actually the whole movie was Deepika's. I underestimated her, she was great! First, I thought any other actress could have played her character ... Possibly ... Esp, PC --- but it absolutely felt that the character was made for DP only. Best actresse Award next year might be just hers now.

But I must also say that I absolutely loved SRK from second half. After MNIK, I totally forgot how good of an actor he is. Loved his last couple of scenes --- and keeping his body in mind, I liked how Rohit kept the last fighting scene a bit realistic. Reminded me of SRK fighting scenes from 90s. Plus I always like that 'Junooni Aashiq' avatar of his. I wasn't liking SRK after JTHJ, even though know he is a great actor but ended up being his fan again.

Oh and I must say, after SRK-Kajol ... If there's anybody else who came close to sharing the same type of chemistry ... It's definitely Deepika.

NOW, I'm looking forward to see SRK-Deepika again in HNY (Even though I still believe the character will suit Kat more 😆) unless Farah decides to mess up their chemistry/Jodi. But then again, keeping OSO in mind --- let's hope for the best.

Think so far CE is my favorite movie of the year. A great entertainer.
