Regarding the question of how many 9s are between 1 and 100, am I the only one who thought the correct answer was 19??? .
9, 19, 29, 39, 49, 59, 69. 79, 89, [9 times here]
90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99 [10 times here]
total = 19
Is this not right? Somebody please correct me.
P.S Oops sorry! my mistake. 20 is correct. Never mind.
