How is everyone today?... Haha, I sound like a school teacher or something eh? Kya karoon, but the atmosphere in this forum after today's eventful episode seems to have been raging and silent at the same time.
I know what you are all thinking... Gauri is dead...
Haha!!😆😆 Ekta Maiya can fool the world, but not me!! I assure you all, Gauri will be fine. I know many of you are like me, seasoned Balaji viewers so you probably are aware of these antics.
Ok... I'll get to the points...
*Number one... I've said it so many times before, but Mr. Shiv Kapoor LOVES Gauri. The moistness blurring his view, the rage in those eyes... The deathly helplessness... His devoted prayers... His denial of her situation... All just confirmed this. Everyone around him knows, and somewhere deep inside, the man is aware of the fact as well. And many of you have given Yash credit for his execution of today's scenes. For me, no one can replace Iqbal, but nonetheless, I have to say, considering the circumstances (having to step into a character like Shiv, who was previously played by a man like Iqbal), the man did a nice job today.👏👏 On another note, do you guys remember that dream Shiv used to get... The one where he runs into a tree? Could it just be a teaser from Ekta to us, or does it really hold significance?? Ekta Maiya, you forgot, but we have good memories!!😃😉
* Ipshita too, knows somewhere deep inside, that Shiv loves Gauri. Her insecurity is evident of this. She has actually known this for a while now. But now it is becoming visibly unbearable to her. Her jealousy has taken form, and will soon appear in the open... Engulfing all that she ever knew. I never liked Ipshita, don't care a damn for her.🤢 If she really loved Shiv so much, then how did she allow him to bond with another? I hate her even more now that she is betraying another... Anupam. A man who desires nothing more in life than her companionship. He wants nothing more than his life, which he seeks in her. Little does the poor man know, the one whom he claims to breath for, has already prepared his deathbed.
*I don't understand Nikhila... I really don't. On the one hand, she willing to go to the end of the world for the sake of her son's smile, but if she knows him so well, then how come she is hell-bent on taking the laughter away from his life? Somebody said that there was a promo saying that she wants Gauri to die, as she wants Shugna's wealth... Huh? That makes no sense whatsoever! She is married into like the richest families Mumbai ever saw and has everything money can buy, yet she wants more? How greedy can a person be? I don't know, but I think there is a missing link here somewhere. Theres got to be more to her story than just that! I mean she got herself into an accident for God's sake!😕 On another note, I sometimes watch Kyunki (don't really know things too well there, but I figure it out), and today Achint came back as a blast from the past... I have to hand it to her, this lady is brillianT.👏👏
*Daksh... Hmmm... I still hate him for what he did to Shyla, but at least he understands his mistakes... The question is, can such mistakes be forgiven?
*Shyla... I watch KS, and I hate how Jaya plays Jigs character, but I must say, today, as Shyla, the lady was pure awesome.👏👏 The way she told Nikhila, "band kijiye apna ye natak." (stop this drama of yours). She showed Nikhila her reflection, and sparked a fear in her eyes... way to go!!
*Mahen... Its been long enough. This man has taken all the storms upon himself. All that threatened his family and its honour, be it even his wife's lowly acts which he had no hand in, he has taken it all and not spoken a word in his defense. Do you guys remember when him and Nikhila had a confrontation the day Gauri found out the partial truth (kundali--- her b-day)? He told her something along the lines of "tum ek maa ka farz ada karo, aur mein ek beti ke pita ka" (you fulfill the duties of motherhood, and I will do the same for my daughter). Nikhila has hidden so much, she has crossed the limits of humanity for some selfish intincts... It will be interesting how Mahen handles her now. God save her from his wrath!😳
* Guys, please keep in mind that Gauri and Shiv consumated... She can't die. Plus, she is the main character! (I know, in TD Disha died and in Sindoor Vedika did... but those were not Balaji productions!! Ekta may not know alot but then she does know how to keep her TRPS!!)... I watch this show solely now for Pallavi, if she's gone... I will stop watching it.
*I think the scenes today were very nicely executed. Daksh-Mahen confrontation, Shyla-Nikhila confrontation... Those were good, and all the actors did a fantastic job!👏👏 Shiv's frusteration, how he ends up at the mandir... Oh! Remeber in the flashback scene where Gauri tells him he will come to the mandir one day, perhaps not for himself, but for the sake of a loved one, someone he LOVES *hint hint*... and the guy went in! Anupam's conversation with Gauri was tear-jerking. I thought Bani and Pushy were best friends, but this guy is just better!! His dialouges regarding how only his voice reached him when all others were lost and how she abided to his advice, and she has to listen to him once again... For Shiv... "Jitna pyar tum usse karti ho, utna hi woh tumse karta hai... meine uski aankhon mein dekha hai..." (something along that line...)😳 Anupam is a poet and it seems he has the eyes to see through to the soul too!!... Ipshita's face... Haha, it was like she was constipated!😆 Sorry guys... I couldn't help it.
*That last scene... it was phenomenal... I missed Iqbal like hell... but Yash was good... I just loved the denial... The way he expresses her ... His dilemma... his helplessness... his love...
Ok, just realized how much I have rambled so will bore you no more!!
Why did I call this "Qayamat", well essentially in one episode, the inevitable took form of reality. Shiv Kapoor broke down in front of the truth... and worlds were shaken.
