No one had any idea how Rohan could help the search parties ... and at the same time no one at KGH in their life time could forget the heroics of Rohan in saving Dr.A at the stake of his own life... but as Rohan said later, Dr. Ashutosh is someone so precious to the country..that he couldnt sit behind and watch...

No idea about others... but it was the most nightmarish experience in Nidhi's life... the two important persons in her life... one in the face of death and the other reaching to help him...

She couldnt move from the chair...tears flowing continuously...endlessly.. couldnt understand the irony in her life... exactly when she is trying to sort out her self and just coping up with the life ... why something like this should happen... making her life even more complicated...

slowly things are making sense to her... she heard about some social worker being admitted in the same hospital... surely that must be Baba... and Ashutosh was here to see his father...

and... and... ofcourse... that was Ashutosh's voice in the morning when she was hiding in the Rohan's cabin... Oh No... Oh God..No... why dint she recognize immediately... in her embarrassment, she did not pay attention...Did he see her?... may be no...

She must admit to self... that she wished..he didnot see her...but then...

the bile rose up to her throat with disgust... she hated herself..for wishing that he had not seen her... she couldnt understand how one can love two people at the sametime...

Oh !!! what to do now... what kind of dilemma she is in...

She sat praying ... asking for the life of both Ashutosh and Rohan... now..even God may be curious to know...just like in the story books if he appears in front of her and asks her to choose only one out of them... whom she will choose...

She could feel some life in her body only when she came to know about the safe arrival of Dr Ashutosh and Rohan to the ICU..nevertheless both in the unconscious state.

two days later..

'Dr.Ashutosh'

'I am very sorry to call you Nidhi... despite knowing that you are engaged to Rohan.. but really wanted to tell you in the last moment atleast'

'... ...'

'Rohan is well suited to you Nidhi... not me... I have realized my mistake'

'... ...'

'Nidhi... please talk to me..tell me something...'

'Rohan... I am sorry...I am unable to forget my ex-husband'

'but that was almost ten years ago... he didnot come to you all these years'

'He is here... Dr Ashutosh'

Rohan is dumbstruck... he couldnt speak anything for almost ten minutes...

'please Rohan.. say something'

'Oh..Nidhi... if it was someone else... I wouldnt have cared at all... and I always so jealous to see your love for him ... but now I understand... please Nidhi.. please go to him... he needs you... you dont know how much he loves you... I was near him when he was in the semiconscious state at the accident site... I couldnt get your name ... but... I know his love... he is so precious to us.. please fill his life with colour'

After that event Ashutosh, Rohan got so busy in the work... They had tasted the first hand experience of the issue before them... both have a goal in front of them... They have loads of work to get to the core of the health hazards issue and save the lives of all those poor souls... in their own ways..

Ashutosh remembered Nidhi... when he had absloutely believed that it was his last moment... but, now he has a bigger goal in front of him... and has no time to think of anything else... Rohan is usual self.. but the moments before death kind of situation really shook him and he has the better understanding of the value of life...

May be it is not enough to love someone... it is also necessary that one should make the other person believe that he loves... and sure, Ashutosh missed this lesson...

At the same time... Love alone is not enough in the life... Life is bigger than the love... Rohan learnt this lesson...

Both Ashutosh and Rohan are well above the normal emotions... can take correct decisions .

Firse suspense?yeh sawal toh maine hi aapko puchha tha na?Nidhi must chose Ashu.Not bec he was his husband.But she strongly emotionally attached with him after divorce too.And may be bec she want to divert her mind or wanted to move on in her life she chose Rohan.Bec still she always feel for ashu.Totally my pov.

And about your writing.Mudraji you are truely beautiful writer
