You do NOT have to be biologically related to donate a kidney - how do the majority of donors donate? They can't all be biologically related to everyone their organs go to. Your blood type and tissue must match, and sometimes the body can accept the new kidney. It has nothing to do with being biologically related...
That is true, although Ekta showed that Shruti was not her biological daughter it doesn't stop people from having same blood and tissue consistency. I agree with psawyer, so scientifically if Shruti's blood and tissue match Parvati's then it is legible and therefore medically correct. Hope that unwound ur confusion.😊
if you guys remember story about the first face transplant in France, you cud relate this to Shruti-Paro kidney match or something. donor doesnt have to be receiver's member of family.
tannu is shruti's daughter and of coz she has match blood with shruti. but she doesnt regard her as her mom and never willing to sacrifice her kidney for a woman she hates most! while paro, whatever shruti had done to her even to the extend of hating he, paro still loves shruti and wants her to survive

I agree they did emphasise dat PRANAY can't donate the kidney BUT TANU can and so ekta should've stuck to it and shown dat parvati couldn't either.
Pranay's blood group and tissue may not have matched hers...its simply a coincidence. Like sometimes the child's blood group/tissue only matches with ONE paremt - this does not mean that they are not related to the other parent...it just means that they have a diff blood group/tissue.
The point was to highlight the relationship between the three gens - this is Parvati's lineage: Parvati-Shruti-Tanu. I thought the whole "Shruti is not Paro's biological daughter" story was crap, and what this is showing that sometimes destiny and God work in mysterious ways - Shruti and Parvati were meant to be mother-daughter, because even if they are not biologically related, they are still bound by a maternal bond, which allowed Parvati to give her kidney. The kidneys matching may be a coincidence, but the fact that Shruti has Paro's kidney is a way of further solidfying their relationship.
