Today was a UB and Chhanchhan day and finally the two main characters in this show have joined hands and are moving the story forward. Not only UB, Ranjana and Sanjana seem quite shaken by Kaumudi's attempt to leave the house...they are ready to pitch in with the chores so that Kaumudi can get some time off.UB is understanding the follies of her ways ( that was a quick turnaround in Mahila Mandal or Chhanchhan just has to mention family "izzat" or broken "mala" nowadays and UB sees the light 😆) The restaurant scene of UB and CC was really nice and the small cute ChanMan scene. Good they decided to implement a two pronged approach. All those who guessed Biwi#1 plot seem to be right.Sanaya was super cute in the Chhanchhan-Mayuri scene...could not stop laughing...Yes, slowly Mayuri is turning dark but hope they do give us a reason for her having a relation with Mukut...don't want her to be just another vamp after money...CVs are you listening, go for something different.It will take some getting used to, to see UB and Chhanchhan bonding...but my question remains is this a temporary truce to save Kaumudi-Mukut marriage or UB is turning a new leaf and will give in some but not go all the way yet.
Me too .. have decided to stop worrying about the show and TRPs and just enjoy it as long as it lasts. And it does leave a smile on my face every night 😃
I had thought when the show first started, that to make it a really different saas bahu saga, it would be fun if UB and CC joined hands at some point and started dealing with problems together, and the conflict came only in their methods ... I didn't expect it to happen so soon, that's all! 😛
Liked your point about RanSan pitching in with the chores ... Ranjana was happily using Kaumudi's goodness to get out of work, even when Umaben tried to balance the work ... she had contributed to Kaumudi not having enough time for her husband. Shock for her too, to think that if Kaumudi does leave, she will have to do more of the work! 😆
I think it was more CC's mention of family izzat that turned the scales in the Mahila Mandal ... CC has figured out how to press UB's buttons 😆 But I also want UB to pitch in with her experience, after all, she has been shown to be a shrewd judge of character earlier ... it should be a balanced equation between UB and CC in terms of ideas to get rid of Mayuri. And Mayuri should not be all black ... that would be too simplistic a solution! Just hope she has a better story than Sonali and Thakkar bhai did.
