Today's Take - An Unlikely Alliance

Scene of the day ... Ranjana's face when Umaben drags Chhanchhan away from the kitchen to continue their planning! Today there is going to be a dhamaka!

Seems Umaben was convinced by Chhanchhan's speech after all .. so she in turn gives Kaumudi a long speech about coming home.
A small touch I liked ... Ranjana thanked Chhanchhan for bringing Kaumudi back home ... she was obviously annoyed enough with Umaben for not supporting Kaumudi that she actually dropped the usual flattering tactics which she always uses with Umaben.
Umaben wasn't convinced enough to abandon her methods though, but after an abortive visit to the Mahila Mandal to start a Mukti Morcha, she does decide to give Chhanchhan's methods a try. Mukti Morcha was such a bad idea ... but then, that's Umaben's tried and tested formula, she did the same for Purvi too, and it almost worked, she was just a little too late then.

Seeing Chhanchhan and Umaben on friendly terms is .. weird!!! It happened too quickly! Now sharing a cup of tea in a cafe ... seems like Chhanchhan is well on her way to achieving her goal of taking her MIL out for an English movie every month!

So Umaben and Chhanchhan are on bi-pronged attack ... show Mukut that Mayuri is all wrong for him, and Kaumudi's makeover ... the second is most welcome ... the first seems will be more difficult than Chhanchhan counted on! A Biwi No 1 track coming up? Since Mayuri is so perfect in all other ways, will they finally plan to send the kids to her to handle? Since Mukut is apparently a concerned father after all, that might just do the trick!

Why do I feel that Chhanchhan's attempt to befriend Mayuri is going to backfire? Or is Mayuri just too perfect to be true? Today I got the vamp-ish vibe from her ... she doesn't want to give up Mukut, even knowing he is married ... so is she putting up an act? Is she really just in it for money?

CV's, when we said ChhanMan scene, we mean ChhanMan scene with only ChanMan, preferably in their bedroom, or gazebo, or even in that rooftop garden which magically disappears in the long shots 😛... we did not mean in public restaurant with MIL looking on!

nice take di!! And lol 1st things 1st I was also feeling the drought of ChanMan scenes this week! It was a good episode today though... Had me in splits from the moment UB dragged CC out by her hand and through most of the episode I was chortling!! 😆
Well as for them joining forces, I think u aptly named this Take - 'An unlikel alliance' the thing is in the face of unforeseen circumstances temporary alliances that were before hand impossible arise..its not that they have forgotten their differences or are ready to overlook all the other mismatches.. its just that right now 'this thing is more imp' so this is a temporary ceasefire as far as I see...
But rofl I also get the feeling that CC is so gonna end up taking UB on that English movie very soon! It was super cute anyway the saas-bahu parts today! 😆

And ROFL I never thought there will come a day when Manav becomes kabab mein haddi b/w UB-CC! 🤣
And then Manav going all moony on wify and drooling all over her forgetting mummy was shooo mushy cute!! awww and the best part for me was CC had NO MODESTY at all and was lapping it all up cz it was her hubby dearest who was doing the complimenting! 😆 i thought that was super cute ROFL, cz all other times she always put a stop to his drooling while in other company! 1st time hehe she didn't care roflt and UB had to intervene 🤣

Kaumadi's transformation is pretty good.. but not that enough...
I for a change feel that Mayuri might be a lonely girl who is without family and might have genuinely fallen for him.. cz i dunno in every show they sooner or later show the homebreaker as a vamp...but in real life its not always like that..
extramarital affairs r wrong.. there is no doubt abt it.. but sometimes people become weak.. they make wrong decision and sometimes circumstances make them take decisions that they should not...but that does not necessarily make them evil in their intentions when those decision were made..
I truly hope CC shows that to us... instead of the easy path of showing the 2nd woman all bad... cz in real life its not so black and white...thus as this show is more prone to be closer to reality I hope its shown that way.. I wanna really see how its dealt with delicately then...
And yes that is why I agree that CC's Mayuri plan may not be that successful.. AND it might need Kaumadi to take matters in to her hand once she is more equipped to handle the situation in a much better manner with UB & CC's help and guidance..

A wife who share 2 kids with the man will have more sway in most cases if she is willing to try harder and I hope we get something like that than CC finding some magical flaw in Mauri n exposing some dark side!

So finally UB CC joining hands together for the first time! UB planning to take a Morcha to Mayuri's house 😲 Thank God CC talked her out of it! UB no longer seems evil...cant believe I m saying this but I hv actually started liking her 😆
The scene in the coffee shop was cute! CC ordered soft drinks
for both of them n miraculously it turned into coffee for UB 😆

I fell Mayuri will turn negative and try to eye Manav explains why she's bonding with CC like this she will betray her.
