This is Akbar's room and his bed on the left!!! If you guys can make out the door which is on the left side as well ...this is beleived to be linked to Jodha's palace so she can secretly visit him 😉 (according to my Raju Guide)

I tnink these guides at Fatehpur Sikri are all just cashing in on what the media people, telly shows & movies have been showing. I've been here four times & all times have been told different stories 😆 .. Ruqaiyya Begum was the most chief of his three chief queens & after Jodha Bai ( if ever she was Akbar's wife & not DIL as many renowned historians state) Akbar married other Rajput princesses/ women too. So One can never know. But it does make for a very nice story! That Akbar's rooms were linked to Jodha's. am sure they'll play this up somehow in our favourite show & I can't wait😳

As someone maintained i am sure they are cashing on tales of JA, but it's fact here that Akbar's secret Chamber does lead to Mariam's palace.😆

TFS...i was actually thinking that u didn't take pics of that bedroom which led to the secret passage?😉...bt now i see it...thanks...

and ya it can be true that there was a secret passage from the queen's palace to shehensha's bedroom, as there are kings who maintain such secret door which leads to there queen's bedroom...i don't know about many but ya i have heard that for the King n Queen of Bhutan too where Royals still have a lot of importance
