This is a "joke" thread,... but still...

Given that the only date available is 16th for the next four months, is it appropriate for Jagya to proceed to mangalore for ganga's admission on that date itself?

what would you have done? and why?

Keeping myself in Jagaya's shoes now i would have refused for engagement not because of going with Ganga to Manglore but i need more time to think over this proposal before proceeding to one step further if i am not satisfied with the proposal and i started to feel i did a mistake in accepting the proposal then i won't proceed to engagement

its not this is the only date after 4 months they can have some other date but some time more is needed for me to know Sanchi The more more Jagaya is knowing her the more and more he going away from her so i will not do engagement

But then thinking Singhs as my family they will not hear me if i give this reason i don't know what i will do if i will be forced from all corners 😕

I would claim I need more time and maybe this 4 months is that perfect window to get to know a little more. After all, a marriage is for a life time - so what's 4 months here or there.

I would bluntly ask for more time especially if i had misgivings and if it collided with my prior commitments

But he didn't use the misgivings reason. He straight away said it is impossible because he has to go with ganga on the 16th. He doesn't really have misgivings yet except for that one incident where she was asking him to change his dressing style for a more corporate look. And that too was a passing thought -- not one he really dwelled on for any length of time.

So would it be okay for him to cite the "prior commitments" reason without upsetting everyone?

I was thinking maybe he could change his plans from the 16th... and take ganga on the 17th (the next day) instead?

Nice post.. Well, had it been anybody else than Sanchi, I would have given eng. more preference. But sanchi, esp after todays cheap manipulation by her, a big no to Eng. over previous commitments.

PS: No offences to the person sanchi, but her manipulative & hypocrite ways 😡

Since J has realised that mayb providing his approval for the rishta is a mistake...he could definitely ask for some more time in a subtle manner...but its J...I think 16th is the pious day when Saja will breathe its last...and Jagan will proceed forward👍🏼

In normal life, its better to wait instead of rushing into things...after all the courtship period is supposed to be the most beautiful period...keep asking for more😉😳😆

i think the 16th is coz the school will be starting the next day or something and going there earlier would be problematic as Mannu is there and going later may mean her missing out on some things

dunno but clarifications will surely be given in BV

Its not just the misgivings part but its perfectly ok to give more importance to a prior commitment , be it any girl .

After he reaches Ganga to Mangalore he is free . No commitments .

Besides whats the rush , the fiancee is still studying , its not as if she is marrying soon .
