Hi frenz!...how r u all?😊...well i had this confusion from a long time but now i can't help but discuss in this forum.

Don't you all find the clothes worn by Damyanti and her 2 friens Uttara n Nakshtra to be not of some old times...Damyanti's dresses looks like as if she is some princess of Western land and Nakshatra n Uttara's looks like they are from some Chinese or Korean lady warriors...Don't know may be i have watched too many Korean historical movies😆😆...The Men's clothes are fine n even the commoners clothes but why do the young ladies have to look so different from their land?😕

You seem to be right Gargi ... 😆

I too thought the same when i watched a Chinese movie ... 🤣

Anyways till date i have seen so many dresses wrong (in my opinion) in the show including Veer's !

Maybe the historical thing doesn't go well with the stylists because many historical shows have the same errors !

The stylists need to work more upon the look of each character !

I think even the King's look looked to me like a Siberian king ... 😆

Especially in the last few episodes when he was bundled up a lot !

You are right...Damu's dress looks like a Gown😲...in those days women used to cover their head with a pallu, Damu doesn't do that😕..n their way of talking is so much like modern times...Specially the way Veer talks with his friend...After watching other historical shows i can't accept their speeches...There is no proper sanskrit😕

About the language i guess ... It's made like that for the ease of the viewers !

Bt dear this is not the only historical show in TV...shows r always shown in sanskrit be it Maharana Pratap, Jodha Akbar or Jhansi ki rani or any other age old show..i have been watching these shows frm childhood n its d first time ki i have seen an ancient story revealed in such a way...atleast language nahi to way of acting to thori diff honi chahiye..i mean AK always speaks so fast, i don;t feel he is from that old era

Actually about that i can agree !

I mean the way AK speaks really doesn't give the old age feeling ! The speed and also his words feel modernized ...

And maybe they can improve upon the language too because when you talks about shows like Jodha Akbar and Maharana Pratap (Those two i watch) you can see the difference, as you stated.

Or even if not language they can show them speaking in a slow and dignified manner like the olden kings are portrayed as.

It annoyed me a lottt at the beginning..😡

But now as I only put my focus on Veer and only Veer and don't know what the serial is actually trying to show 😕... everything is coool 😎

agreed gargi.

at first i was irritated wid veers dress.dat loose chudidar.ramleela wala acc to shana hehe.den dat helmete which iscalwayscready to fall down.
den 2nd which is too heavy one wen he became bodyguard .thank god veer is healthy.hmmm otherwise he had fall dowb of its weight.
den ladies clothes.western style for princess & chinese style for her friends.

cvs n stylers really had to work on looks n costumes.
