Sidharth Malhotra to have 2 distinct looks

Sidharth Malhotra takes on grey shade for THE VILLIAN

Sidharth Malhotra had won himself a large female fan following his lover boy act in his debut film, Student Of The Year (SOTY, 2012), which was directed by Karan Johar. And the actor looks set to maintain the same image in director Vinil Mathew's Hasee Toh Phasee (HTP) with Parineeti Chopra. ButSidharth will have to undergo a complete makeover when Mohit Suri's The Villain goes on the floors.

"Mohit has already done numerous look tests with the actor as he is supposedly going to give two distinct looks to Sidharth's character," says a source. As the film's title suggests, The Villain is going to be a hard-hitting action film. Sidharth will play a grey character in the movie for the first time. Shraddha Kapoor will be paired opposite him. "In this film, Sidharth will be seen playing a very intense character, completely unlike his real-life persona," says the source.

When contacted, Sidharth confirms the development and says, "Mohit is keen that I have two distinct looks in The Villain. He wants to experiment with various looks before finalising them. I am excited to go through the process since in SOTY and HTP, I have been closest to how I look in real life."
