Also, speaking of OTT stuff,

did anyone see the last episode of grey's anatomy -- where Dr. Meredith grey gave birth to her much awaited baby -- she had complications, and was a Dr. herself, and found that the only person in the room available was her intern - Dr. Ross.
So while in labour and undergoing painful contractions - she gave him verbal instructions on how to do the C-section (because until then he had only been training as a neurosurgeon) -- and he kept doing whatever she told him to -- and delivered a healthy baby boy.
How come nobody ever criticizes that stuff as being OTT? I found that scene hilarious.
Particularly towards the end she says "listen very carefully, because I cant repeat myself. I will lose consciousness in five minutes" 🤣🤣
I think the Ganga scenes were far more realistic.

right sector i had seen that and absolutely agree with you I don't know why people are calling this episode was OTT stuff šŸ˜†it was far more realistic than other's show you people don't complain on them here cvs gave you a fairly realistic scene and people are complaining on it šŸ˜†calling it OTT šŸ˜†

and furthermore, Meredith had no embarrassment about Ross seeing her private parts.
It was the other way around -- Ross was so embarrassed he kept saying "but I cant do that... you're my boss" šŸ˜†šŸ˜†šŸ˜†
and then Meredith said "Yes, I'm your boss, and if you don't get this baby out of me, I will make sure you are fired from the hospital. Get this baby out of me!!" 🤣
so poor fellow did what he was told and delivered the lovely baby boy.

I have read one respective member finding it pretty strange that Ganga learnt to use computer Jagaya taught her once Dear skep i don't think Ganga was doing graphic designing , software designing or creating her own website or doing research work on web She just opened a folder which can be learnt by being taught once To start a lap top you don't have to do your head down legs above just press a big button Windows are started on its own if no password there Jagaya might not have kept a password so windows started on its own even if he had he must have told her rest she opened a folder of video The file can have icon of a baby she can read video what video means after all she is grade 10 pass To spell a video and what a video means even a third grader knows so what became so strange for you here if she would be doing some software designing or doing research work on web then you would be complaining it makes sense To start a lap top without password and open a folder to play game even kids can do just taught once They learn it and develop their own ways to open it where we have to go to play our favorite game Ganga is a grown up woman why she cannot start a computer , open a video just taught once ?

yes exactly!! I think the viewers are expected to extend certain issues on their own, once the CVs show something happening once.
so if they show that ganga has been playing around with the laptop once, it is implied that she has been working on it after that as well. I don't think they need to show five or six scenes with ganga operating a laptop for the viewers to have explicit information about her proficiency in using a laptop.

the same way that anandi was shown to be writing in English when she was studying for her medical exams... we understood that she knows English... we didn't see her learning or attending classes...but we knew.
Then all of a sudden she decided to dump medicine because that was not her calling and instead pursue social service.
Then when phooli's case happened, anandi was shown reading big big books on family law and child custody which were written in English etc.
I think the logical extension was there -- and it was for the viewers to connect the dots -- that anandi's English skills had increased/improved.
Suddenly there were a couple of scenes where she spoke English (when shiv and ashima came for dinner) and we further knew that her skills had increased/improved along the way.
We didn't need to see hours together of English learning scenes from anandi.

and furthermore in Meredith's case, the storm knocked out the electrical power in the hospital.
There were no lights. AND THE BACK UP GENERATORS TOO WERE FOUND TO BE OUT OF ORDER!! (and this in an American hospital šŸ˜›)
The cabinets were electrically locked and need pass codes to open them, and given that the electricity was out, the cabinets remained locked. there was no manual key. so they couldn't even get a flashlight/torch 🤪
so the emergency C-section was done by Dr. Ross in the light of a cell phone. 🤣🤣
So OTT!!

@Sector Thanks for reminding the outrageously silly and comedy OTT scene of America's world wide watched Emmy award golden globe winning series Grey 's Anatomy🤣i am so proud of BV cvs for presenting a fairly realistic and sensible scene Kudos to them much better than the comedy of Grey's Anatomy and the bollywood box office grosser The three idiots šŸ˜†

šŸ˜†šŸ˜† yes, grey's anatomy -- supposedly a great medical show with a focus on medicine and surgery -- has so much OTT stuff and all it does is win awards.
Here BV - a show that has nothing to do with medicine -- shows one childbirth scene which technically could have happened the way it did -- there are all sorts of situations cropping up in the really world -- and then has to face so many criticisms.
