hey friends,😊

GCSE's are one of UK's qualifications and is offered globally. I have seen people saying that GCSE's are diffiucult to STUDY internationally as well. Coz it has coursework Not only with in the UK . I do NOT think personally that it is. And materials needed to study all subjects are avaliable in the awarding bodies or examing boards like Edexcel and Cambridge 's website and in the British Council offices as well. I did not face any problems😃

Any one ??????😳

Cheers😊

well, i dont know how they used to be, but they uite difficult, i need to do four pieces of coursework and we r about to start another one, and the exams are spread out, so u cant have exams for a week and then hv it over and done with, like we used to before GCSE. im doing my GCSE's now, this year and next year, im finding it quite difficult, but i dont think its really, really difficult, annoying though and boring, very boring 😕 😳 😊

British Education is all you need to blow your brain into bits and pieces--talking from experience 😛

On a serious note, however annoying it may be, it is not impossible to be among the top achievers. All it takes is a bit of hard work , focus and patience. However annoying it might seem, it holds a lot of weight when applying for universities and all....the brain damage is worth it👍🏼

wel i jus finishd doin my GCSE's a yr ago n now am doin A levels n i defo fort tht they were difficult, 2 a certain extent of curs. in terms of coursework i had to do 25 pieces of it for 7 subjects n it was a pain in the bum gettin told off for handin it in on tym teachers chasin ya 4 it, gettin grief from evry1 is definitely not wat u need in the build up 2 ur exams. with the exams themselves, they're ok but i dnt think enuff tym is given 2 complete the questions...plus i lost out on an A* by 4 marks on my history paper bcos i apparently wrote 2 much wen i had my history teacher nag for the past 2 yrs tht i neva write enuff in exam practices n mock exams...i got 10 higher grade GCSE's though so you cud say tht it was all worth it

In Singapore, we sit for GCSE exams as well. Question papers come from cambridge directly and our answer scripts are shipped back to UK for marking.

We sit for the november papers n i sat for my Alevels last yr.
It was relatively easy for us coz in Singapore, college preliminary exams are usually set very difficult. so we are exposed to very challenging papers.

Compared to that, i think GCSE is reasonable.

My A-level results gonna be out nxt month!! although i think i did ok, i m still quite nervous! pray for me!
