i disagree regarding rice. as we are not doctors. il stop here. but even in mbbs, if am not wrong they have nutrition only in the first year.i reply to you cause you didnt attack me personally. also yes, green tea wala thing was in connection with some other celeb i dont remember who said that.@anyone who would like to address me, i have no issues if you disagree. and honestly now i dont want to elaborate on my opinion. i hope youngsters dont ruin their body. if they do, well, in my opinion, they would be to blame along with the celebs.

cs-07, As a diabetic, I have been advised by actual nutritionists that white rice is indeed very bad and preferably brown rice shd be consumed, this advise is not just for diabetics, but recommended for everyone! Thats why I can confidently say that rice is bad, especially in large quantities as Indians tend to consume. 😊
