Well, I disagree...rice and sugar are both carbs and cause weight gain and diabetes. Only brown rice and unrefined sugar are safe to have, but that too in small quantities! Sugar causes other problems too, it has been linked to certain cancers and heart disease as well!

It really takes a lot of dedication for someone to lose a lot of weight. He had to give up so much to do what he wanted to do, and that just proves how hard he has worked! Keep rocking Rithvik!

Hats off to Rithvik. He is so dedicated in everything he does, so disciplined. Losing weight isnt easy at all, he obviosuly has this passion that pushes and motivates him to do the good things. Sugar, Rice and wheat are the worst if one is a health conscious person. Too much starch, as well as gluten, its the worst thing for health..

I have seen rd's previous pics, he looked so different, he actually was hefty, cant tell that he is the same guy..infact i know a person whom i was dating once, he was really fat in his teenage days, now he's this tall, fit handsome guy...definitely takes a LOT of efforts, its very easy for people to critcise. Not as easy to actually committ to something this hard.

He sud've gotten the Most-Fit actor!
Its takes lots of dedication and discipline to continue to follow such a strict diet regime.
Not an easy task at all!!!!

Not just carbs, even sugar adds to weight gain. Carbs might still be okay but Sugar is a complete no for weight and health reasons.

yes it was very mucxh needed. Few weeks back i read hw another actor drinks eight cups of green tea to lose weight. Rd or the other guy are celebrities but in my opinion , let it be. I feel sad for the guys n girls who will drink ten cups and avoid rice sugar and wt not cause their fav celeb said so

i see what you mean, many people do follow what celebs do or say, blindly. It happens a lot. But come on, you dont know or you dont wanna know how RD fans are. People have their own common sense, go see a doc, he'll tell you the exact same thing that rice, sugar etc are BAD for health. Its a known fact..

with respect to your POV, can you explain as to how can only sipping green tea can make a person lose weight? lol. One should have a balanced diet in order to lose weight, for that rice and sugar do NOT need to be consumed...

and if you such a problem with what RD eats and what he doesnt or what he thinks and what he doesnt, how does it bother you? youre not even a fan of him...follow the people you admire not someone you hate for your life 😆

So you think that RD's diet plan, which youngsters will follow, is incorrect or unhealthy? Have u read his diet chart? Its just a perfect balance of high proteins, unrefined carbs and veggies! Its an excellent diet plan and not just 8 cups of green tea! And avoiding white rice and plain sugar is good for anyone's health.
