Bhoomi is presumed dead and Devika undergoes plastic surgery
One of the accident victim is dead, the other starts breathing with difficulty and the doctors call her Devika. There is a mangal sutra in her hands.
At the HH, Arjun looks a Bhoomi's pic and is depressed. Shefali feels jealous.
Khushal tells Mansen that they main lose out on the deal with the Malaysian Company. Mansen tells him that it is a very big deal and they need to do something.
Arjun gets a call from the police saying they are still trying to find Bhoomi, and now think about involving the border and state police as well. Arjun tells him to do what he thinks best.
At the Hospital the nurse infoms the officer there that 1 of the victim has passed away, and the other 1 is alive.
The police inspector on Bhoomi's case calls the office at the hospital asking for help in finding a lady called Bhoomika Goenka. The officer tells him is she around 28 years old, fair etc. and the inspector agrees to the description. The officer tells him that there was an accident on Ahmadabad and Mumbai highway and 1 of the victim was identified, but the other could not be and she could be the one they are looking for.
Mansen gets a call from the inspector informing him about the accident. Mansen informs Arjun and all at HH that a woman's dead body has been found. Arjun says it cant be Bhavri. Shefali smiles. Mansen tells them that the details match that of Bhoomika and there were 2 women involved in an accident, Shefali does not like this. Mansen then says that someone has to go for identification purposes.
Arjun looks at LK's murti and says he will go, Shefali offers to go with him.
The doctors treating Devika think she is responding well to treatment and for her burns needs to go for plastic surgery. Doctors wonder how they would do the surgery without any pics. The nurse tells them that the police officer outside has a pic and she get it for the doctors, and Devika is taken for plastic surgery.
Arjun along with Shefali and the Parekh family arrive at the hospital.
The inspector takes Arjun with him to identify the body, and tells the Parekh family to wait for a while. Shefali is also made to wait outside.
While walking Arjun remembers the good times spent with Bhavri and the song "pyar ki lehroon" plays. Arjun also remembers the last time he was with Bhavri at the building. Arjun and the inspector reaches the room. Shefali is waiting tensed, and the Parekh family is also waiting to see Devika.
Arjun slowly and hesitatingly removes the white sheet from the face, quickly sees it and covers it back up and says that this is not Bhoomika.
Nurse comes to get the Parekh family to see Devika.
Inspector shows a packet of clothes to Arjun.

Arjun takes out the clothes from the packet and sees Bhoomi's duppatta she was wearing and remembers it slipping out of his hands. Arjun starts crying Shefali hears Arjun crying and smiles. Arjun just hugs the body with the duppatta in hand, cries and asks for forgiveness.
Arjun and Shefali leave with Bhoomi's body, Shefali holding onto Arjun's arm, Devika is also being transferred.
Arjun and Shefali follow Bhoomi's body and Parekh family follow Devika.
The ambulance for both are waiting outside back 2 back. Bhoomi's body is put in the ambulance, as Devika is being taken on the stretcher her payal falls, mangal sutra still in her hands. Arjun keeps staring at the payal then sits in his ambulance. Parekh family sit in Devika's ambulance and both ambulances leave, going in the oppiosite direction.
LK's voice is heard saying karam bhoomi ki aur say raan bhoomi ki aur prasthan karo.
