I think both gender talk a lot. You can't say women talk more or men talk more. It's just for so many years, we have been brainwashed through movies and adds that gossip is womens' best friend. At my work, men are equally talkative. My husband has often told me how he gets shocked at his co- workers. I was surprised as well to hear some of the stuff his co-workers talk about. It's like when women talk about hair style, clothing, etc...same topic was popular in men. My husband was like, "many times I have my co -workers coming in my office making remark on someone clothing style or how a married co- worker was spotted with someone else." And these are men that I am talking about..
It comes down to your nature. If you like talking and gossip...gender has nothing to do with it
