I have been reading some of very interesting posts regarding yesterday's episode! And, of course, the forum's activity has increased! Thank you members and thank you to CC team!
The one thing that struck me about yesterday's episode was ' ChhanChhan's diplomacy.' In other words, she handled the situation so cleverly. I don't think this has ever happened in the history of Saas-bahu dramas ( If I am not wrong) . The tradition of most Saas-Bahu dramas has been that, the the 'bahus' react emotionally rather than 'tactically.' We must admit that CC has created a modern revolution in Saas-bahu genre.
She did not spill the beans in front of the family as she knew that it will worsen the situation. She did not even think of speaking to Sonali. For e.g. Pleading her to leave him. Rather, she thought of ways that helped to preserve unity within the family. Furthermore, she wanted to know the reasons behind UB's motives. Which, she did find out, towards the end. Now that she knows the reasons behind UB's plans, it will be easier her for her to find an apt solution.
Whereas, if she had revealed the truth to the family along with the evidence, they would have been very hostile towards UB and perhaps, she would have been thrown out of the house ( maximum) or minimum that she would have been punished. That would have increased UB's grievrances towards CC and she would have thought of evil ways to take revenge on her.
Therefore, I rule that CC is definitley a ' modern bahu' because she is so INTELLIGENT! đđ
