Rani Mukherjee is only 35,
Lara Dutta is only 35.
Tulip Joshi is only 33.
Amrita Rao is only 32.
Diya Mirza is only 31.
Ayesha Takia is only 27.
Today Rani at 35 is considered a buddhi. Youngsters don't care at all about the awesome actress of Blach, Chalte Chalte, NOKJ, KKHH etc. It's such a turn off that she can act and speak hindi.
Lara Dutta is only 35 and considered a wife of Mahesh Bhupati and a mother. Good for her. But why don't filmmakers want her in movies anymore? Her crime: Shaadi karke bhaut bada paap kiya bechari.
Tulip Joshi was never really famous but I don't see any reason why a 33 year old isn't allowed to work in movies? Kya she is married too? She knows hindi? REJECT.
Amrita Rao...so promising and pretty once she was...but now 32 years old BUDDHI who can only get supporting roles. No appreciation and when you mention her to some random teenage boy in Delhi there's a huge chance he might say back: KAUN?
Diya Mirza...THIS I DON'T UNDERSTAND AT ALL. I know her career never really took off BUT I DON'T GET IT. Come on she is much prettier than Katrina and atleast she speaks hindi fluently. She doesn't knows acting which should have been a plus point...however since 2010 nobody cares about Mirza. Instead they're after that poor man's Diya Mirza look a like Evelyn Sharma. Now why cast an annoying German girl in movies when you can have the real Diya Mirza who is stuck at home with that creepy unibrow guy of hers? Anyway today Diya is considered buddhi too. Yes at the young age of 31...life basically just started and in Hollywood 31 is considered really young BUT in bwood it's too old.
Ayesha Takia...moti hai I get that...but she can act! WATCH DOR! She knows hindi! But I guess shaadi ki baad she has become a buddhi. Also knowledge of hindi and being Indian and knowing how to act make her less desirable. At the really young tender age of 27 Ayesha is completely ousted from the industry.

Now this would all be fine BUT it seems Bwood is filled with double standards. There seem to be different game rules for older Indian girls and foreign girls that have the same ages.
Nargis Fakhri with her duck lips and wooden face and non existent acting skills and lack of hindi knowledge is almost 34 š² 34 people! 34! 1 year younger than Rani Mukherjee and 1 year old than Amrita Rao and even 2 years older than Diya Mirza. Still she is casted in three movies and an item song. The item song with Shahid Kapoor, Madras Cafe with Johnny, Main Tera Hero opposite 8 year younger Varun Dhawan CHI, Shaukeen opposite Akki Kumar.
WTH?
Now I don't understand this? SO why does Nargis still get offers and is still happily working while Rani Mukherjee one of the queens of acting is having troubles getting scripts?
Sunny Leone 32 years old! Can't act, has a horrible dirty past, is MARRIED, BUT India loves her and she keeps getting more and more movie offers. KYUN? Why she and why not Diya? Why she and why not Amrita Rao? Why not the much younger much bustier Ayesha Takia?

Someone please explain why Indian girls aren't allowed to work in Bwood once they either get married and/or age WHILE foreign girls who are old and/or married are allowed to work in Bollywood?
