seriously hope it will happen like that and Sony doesn't pull it off, cz i want this show to finish telling its intended story...

Sunara I loved the last few episodes. They were emotionally packed and all the actors did a wonderful job.

They should give it time to finish the story instead of rushing it and pulling the plug off abruptly.

In Sony , we cannot expect more TRP.Do agree 0.5 is very low trp .Only BALH is above 1 all the other shows r below 1.Last week CC was 0.9 this week how so low.Now since CC storyline has improved so i feel TRP may increase next week.Before RB said CC is under scanner but no one believed what he said was rite. Whatever be CC should not go off air soon.I am not expecting CC to run for long but don't want show to go off air soon.

lets hope for the best, would want it to continue so sanaya is able to show her talent

if it doesn't continue, it is not the end of world, hopefully sanaya will be back in another show in future

never understood the trp system , when you are enjoying the show, the trp sucks

the minimum trp that sony wants for its show is 0.5 and if anyshow get less than that then that show may go off air...khoobsurat was only 3 months ..its gone off air because its trp was sooo poor...even at its end no one watched it got only 0.3 ...sooo chhanchhan is on the boder line right now and if it decreases to 0.1 more point again then the show will be in great danger...it already is...

anyway atleast i am happy that chhanchhan is a show on sony tv and not SP ...if it was SP ,the show might have gone off air in the end of the first month itself...

That's a really good post. I was quite surprised by the TRPs. I thought we might reach at least 1. And Sony needs to really think why all of it's shows have TRPs below one, except BALH and the reality/crime/comedy shows. It would be a shame if the show pulled out so soon, it's just 4 months old and it's been improving by leaps and bounds in the last 1 month. They have to consider that the initial 2 months were a very bumpy ride, with so many inconsistencies. It's also sad that a lot of Sanaya's fanbase don't count as TRP audience, and a lot of those that do lost interest in those first few weeks of the show. Hoping for the best for the team. They have some very talented actors on the show.
